When we reply
We aim to answer every message within one working day. If your message is about an order that is already on its way, please call instead — it is faster and we can act on it right away.
What to include
To help us sort things out on the first reply, tell us:
- your order number, if your message is about an order;
- the phone number on your account;
- what you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
